Most patients who are struggling with addiction will require more frequent visits in the beginning to stabilize their condition and to monitor their medications. Based on overall stability, our physician will guide patients to move up in Phase to less frequent visits. Patients may also decrease in phase if they require more frequent monitoring. All phase change decisions are made by our physician to keep you accountable and help you move toward overall stability.
Substance Use: Initial Evaluation
For adolescents or adults needing evaluation for substance related issues or addiction to drugs and alcohol. Once our physician completes this evaluation a recommendation will be made for follow up to one of our outpatient treatment "Phase" below.
In some circumstances, you may be referred to a higher level of care (eg. inpatient detox or rehab) for medical stabilization if there are safety concerns related to your alcohol or drug use.

Substance Use Treatment: Follow Up Phases
Phase 1
Weekly Appointments for those who need more intensive treatment or recently returned to substance use
Includes weekly urine drug screens
$125 per visit
Phase 2
Appointments once every 2 weeks for most of our patients at the beginning of treatment
Includes urine drug screens every 2 weeks
$200 per visit
Phase 4
Appointments once every 4 weeks for patients who are more stable in their recovery
Includes urine drug screens every 4 weeks
$300 per visit
